The graduate program in Fundamental Nursing (PPGEF) maintains national partnerships resulting from agreements established with higher education institutions from different regions of the country.

The PPGEF seeks to increase its contribution in the national context, in the education of nurses and professionals in health and related fields, as well as to increase the production and dissemination of research.

The PPGEF currently has the following national partnerships:

- Inter-institutional Doctoral Program (DINTER): it is an agreement with the Nursing Departments of the Federal University of Paraíba and the Federal University of Piauí to qualify 16 faculty members (nurses). This agreement is subsidized by the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES) and was initiated in September 2010. The coordination of the promoting institution is under the responsibility of Dr. Rosalina Aparecida Partezani Rodrigues and Dr. Maria Helena Larcher Caliri is the deputy coordinator. Dr. Antonia Oliveira Silva is the instructional coordinator and Dr. Maria Miriam Lima da Nóbrega is the DINTER’s financial coordinator at the recipient institution;

- Inter-institutional Master Program (MINTER): an agreement established with the Nursing Department of the Instituto de Ciências Naturais e Tecnológicas at the State University of Mato Grosso for qualifying 20 faculty members (nurses and health professionals). The Research Support Foundation of the State of Mato Grosso is the funding agency. The agreement is scheduled to start in the second semester of 2011. Coordination in the promoting institute is under the responsibility of Dr. Cristina Maria Galvão and Dr. Denise de Andrade is the deputy coordinator. Dr. Vilma Barretto Vila is the MINTER operational coordinator in the recipient institution;

- National Program of Academic Cooperation – New Frontier Action (Procad-NF), in partnership with the Graduate Program in Nursing at the Federal University of Ceará (UFC). CAPES subsidizes this program and Dr. Thelma Leite de Araújo is the coordinator at the promoting institution (UFC) and Dr. Cristina Maria Galvão is the coordinator in the associated institution (PPGEF);

-    National Program of Academic Cooperation – New Frontier Action (Procad-NF), in partnership with the Graduate Program in Nursing at the Federal University of Paraíba (UFPb). This program is subsidized by CAPES and Dr. Maria Miriam Lima da Nóbrega is the coordinator at the promoting institution (UFC) and Dr. Rosalina A. Partezani Rodrigues is the coordinator in the associated institution (PPGEF);

 - Announcement Support for Teaching and Scientific and Technological Research Program (Pro-Business Administration). CAPES subsidize this announcement. The approved project is led by the Graduate Program in Administration of the Organizations of the School of Economics, Business Administration and Accounting, University of São Paulo and another three participant graduate programs, one of which is PPGEF. The project’s general coordination is the responsibility of Dr. Adriana Backx Noronha Viana and Dr. Maria Lúcia do Carmo Cruz Robazzi is the project’s coordinator at PPGEF.
