The long duration supervised training, with a workload of 840 hours, enables students to develop competencies (knowledge, skills and attitudes) to perform nursing actions regarding integral care to meet individual and collective needs. A further goal is to manage health care and nursing care in health services in the context of primary health care and hospital care, considering the health policies and integral care necessary for individuals and their families in specific fields. The teaching-learning scenarios include public primary, secondary and tertiary health care services.
