The University of São Paulo at Ribeirão Preto, College of Nursing, one of the institutions that conduct the Inter-Institution Program Doctoral Program is WHO/PAHO Collaborating Centre for Nursing Research Development since 1988. The School of Nursing in the campus in the Capital of São Paulo hosts the Collaborating Centre for Research and Training in Mental Health Care, which has enabled cooperation among professors of different levels of nursing teaching, students and professionals in the field, encouraging multidisciplinary studies. Consequently, the two institutions have met various demands of international agreements.

POSTDOCTORAL SUPERVISION
The Program has encouraged the supervision of postdoctoral supervision considering the contribution of this type of activity to the Research Groups and Scientific Production and also to the exchange with other institutions. In the last two years, postdoctoral activities were conducted with five researchers from different regions of Brazil and Portugal (Nursing School of Coimbra, with scholarship FCT (Foundation for Science and Technology – Ministry of Science, Technology and Higher Teaching, Portugal).
