DINTER

The Graduate Nursing Program in Public Health at EERP-USP, promoting institution, has worked since 2008, through its Coordinator and Academic Coordination, with the Operational Coordination of the recipient institution, UFMA, and associated, UESC, to devise guidelines in the DINTER’s proposal. It ran and was approved in the Announcement DINTER/Novas Fronteiras [New Frontiers] 2010. The project refers to a Graduate Program, Inter-Institution Doctorate Program (DINTER). It is to be conducted through an agreement in a schedule established with the University of São Paulo (USP) mediated by the University of São Paulo at Ribeirão Preto, College of Nursing, Graduate Program in Public Health Nursing. The recipient institution is the University of Maranhão (UFMA) including the Center for Biological and Health Sciences and the Nursing Department and University Hospital, while the associated institution is the State University of Santa Cruz (UESC) including the Health Sciences Department and Nursing College. A total of 20 vacancies were offered: 10 for UFMA and 20 for UESC. The project was already approved at USP and CAPES, obtained funding for its implementation, and has already implemented the selection process in February 2011.
Announcement PROCAD NF 21/2009 – The Graduate Program in Public Health in partnership with the Associate Program of Graduate Nursing Program at the University of Pernambuco (UPE), the State University of Paraíba (UEPB) and Anna Nery Nursing School had the project Cooperation Network among graduated programs UPE-UEPB/ EERP/ EEAN approved in the previously mentioned announcement. The cooperation activities were initiated in 2010 with missions of proposed study and work. The program received two master’s students from the University of Pernambuco and the coordinator professor, and has also sent a professor to Pernambuco.
